Shipping & Returns
We ship anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. We aim to dispatch stocked items within 2 days once your order has been confirmed. We ship all orders via Fastway Couriers or Registered Mail using Australia Post. Upon dispatch, you’ll be issued with tracking number so you can stalk the status of your Good Fuel Co order.
Our shipping fees for Australian orders are as follows:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days from dispatch) up to 3kg: AUD6.95
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days from dispatch) up to 3kg: AUD9.95
- Orders over $49.00 receive free Standard Delivery (3-5 business days from dispatch)
For New Zealand orders:
- Standard Delivery (3-10 business days from dispatch): AUD15.00
- Express Shipping (2-4 business days from dispatch): AUD30.00
Under Registered Mail, the courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If someone is not available at your delivery address when delivery occurs, the courier will typically leave a note to let you know you have missed a delivery and where it can be picked up (usually your nearest post office).
These shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control. If something goes wrong while your order is in transit (e.g. the courier's eaten it), please contact us immediately.
Without limiting our obligations under the law, Good Fuel Co only accepts returns for faulty products. Please choose carefully because we really can’t exchange or refund if you’ve changed your mind.
We hope this doesn’t ever happen (because we only stock good products), but in the off chance that a product is faulty on arrival, please contact us to return the items. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund and contact the supplier about it.
Please note that shipping charges on returned items are your responsibility and we can’t refund the original shipping fees.
